The Buehler Challenger & Science Center is a
not-for-profit science education organization.
Invest In Our Children's Future
Many children decide, during their elementary years, that they
have no interest in science, math and technology. At the same
time, there is a rapidly increasing need for chemists,
biologists, physicists, technologists and engineers. The Buehler
Challenger & Science Center is working to help close this gap by
providing unique hands-on experiences that raise students'
expectations of success, foster in them a long-term interest in
science, math and technology, and motivate them to pursue
careers in these fields.
This is your opportunity to climb aboard and help the Buehler
Center continue bringing this exciting learning experience to
over 20,000 young people each year!
Where Would Your Money Go?
Currently, there are three funds established that are supported
through corporate, foundation and individual gifts. When giving,
you may choose to designate your gift to any one of the
following funds, or you may choose to make an "unrestricted"
gift, allowing the Center to designate where the money should
go, based on greatest need.
- The Capital/Endowment Fund is used to reduce the
debt of the loan for the building and the flight simulators.
- The Operating Fund is used for general expenses
associated with operating the Center.
- The Scholarship Fund provides assistance for
needy students to participate in various Challenger Learning
Center programs.
Levels of Participation
Major Giving:
The following levels of giving are available for major donors to
any fund or combination:

Annual Giving:
Smaller annual gifts ($10 and above) are also very much
appreciated and may too be designated to the fund of your
choice.
Buy A Brick:
"Buy A Brick" is an opportunity for you, your business or school
to leave a lasting imprint of your support for the Buehler
Challenger & Science Center. Purchase a paving brick engraved
with your family's name, the name of a loved one, or the name of
your business or school, and forever be remembered at the
Center. Prices start as low as $75!
Benefits:
Based on level of participation, donors may enjoy our bi-annual
newsletter, complimentary missions, invitations to special VIP
programs, recognition on our donor wall and more!

Checks should be made payable to the Buehler Challenger &
Science Center Foundation. Pledges may be made for a period of
up to five years.
Gifts of other assets such as securities, insurance policies,
real estate and other types of tangible property are most
welcome. In consideration of these special opportunities, a
representative of the BC&SC Foundation will be pleased to meet
with donors and their tax advisors to review all advantageous
gift-giving options and donor benefits.
